1973 - Haarlem, The Netherlands
Pieter Borst's teachers were mainly strip books, cartoons, and graffiti, but also the Renaissance, art deco and Japanese illustrations.
For Pieter, the process of creating his art is part of discovering life as well as exploring who himself as a person.
His artworks depict the journeys of these explorations, but also tell a story about some of critical views on the world around him.
Pieter has only presented his art to the world since a few years, although his works are considered by many collectors as undiscovered gems.
